Save game

A saved game is stored information about the progress of a play through.
Pre-release version
As the pre-release versions were in constant development varying changes and since save games save various information like specific settings they are prone to become incompatible. Save games tend to break much more easily then mods. For most versions up to Cosmoteer 0.14.x they are not salvage able. RC versions are most prone to break even within the same game version.

- Up to Cosmoteer 0.15.6 games can't be saved while an explosion is in progress.
